Essential Melts Box
This is our Essential mixture of essential oil melts that we believe you should have at home. There is something to help with almost anything with this mix of divine scents.
EucalyptusEucalyptus has a strong and pungent minty, camphorous scent similar to Teatree and the mint family. Eucalyptus also has a woody, forest evoking scent with an underlying sweetness likened to honey. Eucalyptus has purifying properties which help to clear and cleanse the air and your head and your chest and leave you feeling refreshed. It is said to help focus, calm and relax. It is a good decongestant, easing congestion, helping with respiratory complaints, suppressing coughs and easing breathing. It also deters insects as most are not fond of the smell.
Lavender
Light this one in the evening, when you need to relax, to ease that tension headache or simply to help you wind down to go to sleep. This oil gives a subtle floral and herbaceous scent. It can be described as fresh, sweet and sometimes slightly camphorous. Lavender’s sedative properties make it a good choice for calming and relaxation. It can help ease issues with breathing and congestion, help to relieve headaches, anxiety, and insomnia and is often associated with a restful night’s sleep.
Chamomile
A delicate, subtle, floral and herbaceous scent, yet with an almost apple like sweetness to it. Most famed for its calming, soothing and relaxing nature this is another good one for the evening or any time of the day to calm nerves. Chamomile is a good oil to help balance out those negative moods, irritability, frustration, anger, sadness, fatigue, nervousness, fear or tension. Chamomile helps to calm and ease these moods and aids relaxation and soothes body and mind. It is a great relaxant for promoting a restful night’s sleep.
Peppermint
A well known cool and refreshing scent. This one is an intensely powerful minty aroma with sweet undertones. A powerful oil to aid respiratory complaints, it helps clear sinuses, fights congestion and helps alleviate coughs and cold symptoms. It also helps to ease tension headaches. Peppermint is an oil known for its deodorising properties and is a good scent for cleansing the air and leaving a clean, fresh scent. Another benefit is that bugs and insects aren’t a fan of the scent!
Bergamot
Bergamot is a member of the citrus family. It has a light, sweet orange scent with floral undertones. This one is a popular scent for balancing both body and mind. Cooling and soothing, fruity aroma helps to elevate moods and enhance wellbeing. Bergamot eases anxiety and helps to promote relaxation and a good night’s sleep.
Rose
A warm and deep floral scent with a rich honey like sweetness and a slight spiciness, this oil derived from the rose petals itself is pretty unmistakable. A beautiful scent and a popular one in the beauty and perfume industry. With its calming and uplifting aroma rose essential oil creates a sense of relaxation and wellbeing and its calming properties help take the edge off of stress related conditions and lifts moods used to help those struggling with low mood, depression or grief. Often used in women’s health and can be an aphrodisiac to men.
Ylang-Ylang
A very distinctive, powerful, deep and rich aroma. Ylang-Ylang has an exotic floral scent with sweet and fruity undertones. Another good scent for relaxation and sleep but also a good one to light when in the mood for romance. It has calming and relaxing properties as well as uplifting and arousing ones too. It is great for relaxation and easing anxiety or stress. Ylang-Ylang’s sedative properties are often used to treat depression or low mood and can help to increase feelings of wellbeing. It is also long been used as an aphrodisiac, easing tension and nervousness, lowering inhibitions and arousing the senses.
Lemon
A clean, fresh and invigorating scent belonging to the citrus family. This subtle scent has that sweet, fruity smell with a sour bite to it. Often associated with cleanliness, this oil has cleansing and purifying properties making it a natural deodoriser and great for clearing the air. Its fresh and invigorating nature stimulates the senses enhancing cheerful positivity and also helps clear and focus the mind.

Materials:
All our soy wax products are natural and vegan friendly. Soy wax is fully sustainable and biodegradable. It also holds more fragrance, has a faster scent dispersion and a more powerful scent throw than other waxes. Most of the melts contain either wax pigments, micas, bio-glitters, or plant-based materials such as dried flowers. The fragrances are either pure essential oil or a combination of essential and fragrance oils derived from essential oils and other natural ingredients.

Please note that as all my products are hand poured in small batches colours may differ slightly from the photo and colours may also look slightly different in person due to monitor and screen settings.
Melts are made in small batches and sometimes to order so please allow 1 week before receiving your order. The melts must be left to set and cure properly so that the scents can bond completely to the wax for maximum scent throw. Good things take time 😊
