Who doesnt love pancakes?!
This set is carefully handmade to ensure quality and safety for your little ones playtimes. Encourage and enhance their imaginative play with this food set as well as stimulating textures and colours for sensory development.
This set includes;
- 3 American style pancakes
- Cream swirls
- Selection of sauces; maple syrup / toffee, chocolate, strawberry / raspberry, sprinkles and butter
- A selection of fruit toppings; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana slices, kiwi slices and cherries
- Small tongues for serving
- Trays to store the food items
I was a qualified teacher not so long ago and have never quite left that part of my life behind. If you order this set and let me know the age of your child I will also include a digital copy of some age appropriate printable resources to go with it for free as well as a list of skills that your child is developing with this set and some learning opportunities you can use with this set to encourage learning but in a fun way through play.
This set includes small parts which could be a choking hazard. As this set is a 'food' playset the temptation to put the playfoods into mouths could be greater than usual. Always supervise your child whilst playing with this set or any other playfoods.
Materials:
The pancakes, sauces and toppings are made from felt with cotton sewn details. The pancakes and some of the fruits are filled with soft toy grade stuffing. Where possible small parts are both glued and sewn on for added safety.
The containers and implements all made from natural materials and are plastic free. The tongues are metal and are recyclable.
Additional Information:
Because of the felt material these are more of a decorative item and I would advise against washing them. Wipe with a damp cloth if needed. If you did choose to hand wash, reshape whilst wet and leave to dry out of reach of small hands.
